Smash Burgers
Serves: 4
4 x 4oz Causeway Prime Smash Burgers
4 Frozen Brioche Buns
2 Small Onions, Peeled & Finely Sliced
4 Slices Cheddar
4 Slices Gherkin
Ingredients
75g Isabelle’s Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
15g Finely Chopped Gherkin
1 tbsp American Mustard
4 Chopped Scallions
For the Burger Sauce
- Place the smash burger on the grill and press down with a burger press or fish slice to flatten. Season with salt. 
- Cook for 2 minutes then press the onions onto the top. 
- Flip over and top the other side with cheese. Cook for 2 minutes. Toast the buns on the grill. 
- Spoon some burger sauce on the bottom and top with the burger, gherkin and then add some sauce to the top bun and place on top.
