Glazed Chicken
Gochugang Glazed Rockvale Chicken with Sesame and Scallions
Ingredients
1 pack Rockvale Chicken Drumsticks & Thighs
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Gochugung Paste
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1tbsp Tamari Sauce
1tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
2 tsps Black Season Seeds
4 Finely Chopped Scallions
Salt to Taste
Method
- Rub the oil over the chicken and season with salt. Place on the grill and cook for 5 minutes each side. 
- Whisk the gochugang with the maple syrup, tamari and vinegar and brush over the chicken. Cook the chicken covered for another half hour, brushing frequently. Check chicken is cooked – 75oc with a probe.
